- 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 1 pack (6 x 330 ml) Coolberg Non Alcoholic Beer | Party Pack
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the ground meat. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and diced green bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Drain any excess grease from the pot, then stir in the preserved dried salted black beans, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 4. Pour in the non-alcoholic beer and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the stew simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you prefer a soupier consistency, add a bit more water during the simmering process.
- 6. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty beer and bean stew.
