About this recipe

A robust and flavorful dinner option featuring beans, vegetables, and ground meat simmered in a savory beer-infused broth. Perfect for those seeking a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 1 pack (6 x 330 ml) Coolberg Non Alcoholic Beer | Party Pack
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the ground meat. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and diced green bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
  3. 3. Drain any excess grease from the pot, then stir in the preserved dried salted black beans, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Pour in the non-alcoholic beer and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the stew simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you prefer a soupier consistency, add a bit more water during the simmering process.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty beer and bean stew.
