- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 425 g Bambino Pep Elbows Macaroni
- 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
- 680 g Ragu Mushroom And Green Pepper Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch (2 L) square baking dish.
- 2. Cook 1 package of macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 3. In a frying pan, sauté 1 chopped sambar onion over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Stir 2/3 cup pasta sauce into the cooked onion, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- 5. Prepare the macaroni dinner by mixing the cooked macaroni with 1/3 cup milk until creamy.
- 6. Spread half of the macaroni mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- 7. Layer the onion and pasta sauce mixture gently over the macaroni.
- 8. Spoon the remaining macaroni mixture over the onion layer, spreading it evenly.
- 9. Drizzle the remaining 1/3 cup pasta sauce over the top layer of macaroni.
- 10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until heated through and slightly bubbly. Serve warm.
