Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut 2 onions, 2 green peppers, 1 head of cabbage, 1 tomato, and 2 stalks of celery into medium-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large pot, add the chopped vegetables and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- 3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of onion powder and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
