Ingredients
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 500g to 700g Turkey
- 1 kg Rice
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
Instructions
- 1. Drain 1 can of chop suey mixed vegetables, reserving the liquid for later use.
- 2. In a large saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Dissolve 1 chicken bouillon cube in 1/2 cup of hot water. Add this mixture to the saucepan along with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- 4. Stir in 2 cups of cooked, shredded turkey and mix well to combine.
- 5. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water, stirring until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Add the reserved chop suey mixed vegetables and their liquid to the saucepan. Stir gently and cook until the vegetables are heated through, about 5 minutes.
- 7. Serve the turkey and vegetable mixture over cooked rice for a complete meal.
