- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g D'Lecta 100% Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g The Baker'S Dozen Zero Maida Pita Bread, Whole Wheat
- 500 g Snacking Seedless Cucumber - Hydroponically Grown
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 3. Finely chop the green capsicum and cucumber, and add them to the bowl. Blend the mixture with a fork until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Slice the pita bread into halves and lightly toast them.
- 5. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over each pita bread half.
- 6. Place the pita bread halves on a baking sheet and top each with 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
