Ingredients
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 100 g Fresh Green Jalapeno
- 1 ltr Saffola Total Heart Pro Rice Bran & Sunflower Blended Cooking Oil
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 cup of cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2. Add 6 cups of chopped green peppers, 2 cups of chopped jalapeno, and 6 cups of diced onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- 3. Allow the cooked vegetables to cool slightly, then transfer them to a blender along with 2 cups of chopped tomatoes. Blend until smooth.
- 4. Return the blended mixture to the pot and stir in 4 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1/2 ounce of dried oregano, 5 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1/2 cup of sea salt, and 1/2 cup of sugar.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Once the sauce has thickened, transfer it to sterilized jars and seal tightly. Allow to cool before storing.
