  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 50 g Tata Sampann Clove Whole (Laung)
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
  • 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt
  • 473 ml Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop 12 onions, 3 green peppers, and 2 kg of tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a large pot, combine the chopped onions, green peppers, and tomatoes with 5 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of sea salt, 7 cups of apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of clove, and 2 teaspoons of nutmeg powder.
  3. 3. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a sauce-like consistency. This may take about 1-2 hours.
  4. 4. Once the sauce has thickened, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. 5. Carefully ladle the hot sauce into sterilized jars, leaving some headspace. Seal the jars tightly and allow them to cool completely before storing.
