- 100 g x 2 Milky Mist Butter Chiplet Pack
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 107 g Weikfield Corn Flour (Starch) -Gluten Free
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
Instructions
- 1. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 2 lb halal beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced green bell pepper, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to create a slurry. Gradually stir this into the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- 8. Serve the pepper steak hot over steamed rice.
