Ingredients

  • 2 x 400 g Jvapa Rice Noodles
  • 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
  • 100 g Broccoli Florets
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
  • 500 ml Praakritik Cold Pressed Organic Peanut Oil
  • 200 ml Pantai Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook for about 6 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 cup dark soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar until well combined. Set aside.
  3. 3. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon peanut oil and toss in the broccoli. Cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems are tender. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. 4. Add another tablespoon of peanut oil to the wok. Add 300 g of thinly sliced halal chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Transfer to the bowl with the broccoli.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining tablespoon of peanut oil into the wok. Crack 2 eggs into the wok and scramble them for 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Add the cooked rice noodles to the wok along with the sauce mixture. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  7. 7. Return the chicken and broccoli to the wok. Stir everything together for 1-2 minutes to combine and heat through.
  8. 8. Serve the Pad See Ew hot, garnished with optional chili flakes or lime wedges if desired.
