- 450 g Meat Window Chicken Breast
- 500 g Honeyman Multi Flower Honey
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 60 ml Tabasco Red Pepper Chilli Sauce
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 100 g Praakritik Organic Ginger Powder
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 150 ml Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce 5 Oz
Instructions
- 1. Separate 1 kg of chicken wings at the joints, cut off wing tips, and discard.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp oil until well combined.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in a shallow dish, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the marinated chicken wings on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
- 5. Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
