About this recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 6 Pieces Daily Apple
  • 100 g Nutoras Cheese Feta With Olive Oil (Block)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Natureland Organics Chana Besan

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Peel and dice 1 large potato into small cubes. Cook the potato according to the directions on the bag or boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Slice 1 apple into thin pieces.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the apple slices until the apple is slightly wilted, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of chickpea flour with 1 cup of water until smooth and set aside.
  6. 6. In a baking dish, spread the cooked potato cubes evenly, then layer the sautéed apple on top.
  7. 7. Pour the chickpea flour mixture over the mixture, ensuring it covers everything evenly.
  8. 8. Dollop 12 tablespoons of feta cheese across the top of the dish.
  9. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the chickpea flour is set. Insert a knife into the center; if it comes out clean, the dish is ready.
  10. 10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
