- 6 Pieces Daily Apple
- 100 g Nutoras Cheese Feta With Olive Oil (Block)
- 1 pack (500 g) Natureland Organics Chana Besan
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Peel and dice 1 large potato into small cubes. Cook the potato according to the directions on the bag or boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Slice 1 apple into thin pieces.
- 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the apple slices until the apple is slightly wilted, about 5 minutes.
- 5. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of chickpea flour with 1 cup of water until smooth and set aside.
- 6. In a baking dish, spread the cooked potato cubes evenly, then layer the sautéed apple on top.
- 7. Pour the chickpea flour mixture over the mixture, ensuring it covers everything evenly.
- 8. Dollop 12 tablespoons of feta cheese across the top of the dish.
- 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the chickpea flour is set. Insert a knife into the center; if it comes out clean, the dish is ready.
