  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Green Chutney
  • - Bread Crumbs - Plain
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté 1 finely chopped onion until translucent.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of mashed cooked potatoes, 100g of grated paneer, 50g of breadcrumbs, and the sautéed onions.
  3. 3. Add 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
  4. 4. Shape the mixture into small patties (frikadellen) of equal size.
  5. 5. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
