- 1. Cut tofu, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized cubes suitable for skewering.
- 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- 3. Coat the tofu and vegetables evenly with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- 4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.
- 5. Thread the marinated tofu and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating pieces for a colorful presentation.
