Ingredients
- 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 100 g Jk Chaat Masala
Instructions
- 1. Submerge freshly picked ears of corn in a large bucket of cold water without removing the husks or silks. Soak for 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- 3. Remove the corn from the water and place the dripping ears directly on the grill. Turn them frequently to ensure even cooking, allowing them to steam within their husks for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 4. Carefully remove the husks and silks from the steamed corn, being cautious of the hot steam.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 50 g olive oil with 1/2 tsp, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- 6. Brush the spiced olive oil mixture generously over the hot corn. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chaat masala evenly over the corn for a tangy finish.
- 7. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful grilled spiced corn-on-the-cob.
