Ingredients
- 250 g Urban Platter White Tahini Paste
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Coriander Powder Combo
- 100 g Chukde Bhuna Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 ltr Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, and a pinch of garam masala to create the spice mix. Set aside.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup tahini paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 3 tbsp water until smooth. Adjust consistency with additional water if needed. Set aside as the dipping sauce.
- 3. Prepare the grill for medium-high heat. Brush a grill-safe surface generously with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 4. Grill the prepared surface for 4 to 6 minutes, or until it is lightly charred. Flip or adjust as needed and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- 5. Remove from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- 6. Toss the grilled surface with 1 tbsp lemon juice, ensuring it is evenly coated. Sprinkle the spice mix over it and toss again until the spices are well distributed.
- 7. Serve warm with the tahini dipping sauce on the side.
