  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Turmeric - Haldi Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup diced green pepper, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 teaspoons grated ginger, and 1 teaspoon turmeric. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. 2. In a shallow dish, pour the marinade over diced green peppers, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 3 hours, stirring the green peppers occasionally to marinate evenly.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the green peppers from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.

  6. 6. Ensure the green peppers are tender and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. 7. Serve the grilled green peppers hot, garnished with additional diced green peppers if desired.
