Ingredients
- 1 ltr Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Fruit Drink
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Turmeric - Haldi Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup diced green pepper, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 teaspoons grated ginger, and 1 teaspoon turmeric. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 2. In a shallow dish, pour the marinade over diced green peppers, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 3 hours, stirring the green peppers occasionally to marinate evenly.
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the green peppers from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
- 5. Place the green peppers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade to enhance the flavor.
- 6. Ensure the green peppers are tender and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 7. Serve the grilled green peppers hot, garnished with additional diced green peppers if desired.
