- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tsp mustard oil in a 4-quart pot over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup chopped spring onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until softened.
- 2. Add 1/2 cup chopped spring onion, 1 cup peas, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup water with 1/4 cup soy sauce until smooth.
- 4. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pot with the vegetables. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.
