Ingredients

  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes to soften it.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring 800 ml of water to a boil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the soaked rice to the boiling water and reduce the heat to low, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Add the chicken strips to the pot and stir to combine with the rice.
