Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 50 g Everest Chicken Masala
- - Besan
- 70G Snaqary Jawar Rings (70g)
- 100 G Paneer Masala
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Bell Peppers
- 500 g Curd
- - Cumin Powder-50 Gm
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 250 G Zucchini Green(250Gm -350 Gm)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, ginger powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water and vinegar to the flour mixture to create a smooth batter.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat until ready for frying.
- 5. Dip tofu cubes into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 6. Fry the coated tofu cubes in the hot oil until crispy and golden brown, then drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- 7. In the same pan, sauté frozen mixed vegetables with grated turmeric, white pepper, and a pinch of salt until tender but slightly crisp.
- 8. Serve the crispy tofu poppers alongside the spiced vegetables for a balanced snack.
