- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 1 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper (Haladi Dappa Menasinakaayi)

- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it for 15 minutes in water.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves; set half aside for the rice and half for the stir-fry.
- 3. Slice the tofu into cubes and toss it with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to coat evenly.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the tofu cubes until they are golden and crispy on all sides; remove from the pan.
- 5. In the same pan, add the chopped garlic and sauté until aromatic, then add carrots, bell peppers, and green beans.
- 6. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, keeping them crisp, then add soy sauce and mix well.
- 7. Boil the soaked basmati rice with a pinch of salt until cooked, then drain and set aside.
- 8. Heat a small amount of sesame oil in another pan, add the reserved garlic, and sauté until lightly golden.
- 9. Toss the cooked rice into the garlic pan and mix well to infuse the aroma; remove from heat.
