- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Spinach
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Dhaniya Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant and golden brown.
- 4. Stir in chopped onion and cook until softened and lightly golden.
- 5. Add diced tomato and cook until the mixture forms a thick paste.
- 6. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, ground coriander, and salt, stirring well.
- 7. Add the tofu cubes and gently toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- 8. Pour in water to create a light sauce and cook for 5 minutes to let the tofu absorb flavors.
- 9. Add washed spinach leaves and cook until wilted, stirring frequently.
- 10. Ensure everything is well combined and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 11. Turn off the heat and let the stir-fry rest for a minute before serving.
