Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Mix Seeds
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 680 g Ching'S Secret Chilli Sauce
- 1 kg Beetroot
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the long grain rice in boiling water with rock salt until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and marinate with turmeric, ginger powder, and paneer tikka spice mix for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat the Saffola Gold oil in a wok and fry the marinated tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 4. Remove the tofu from the wok and set it aside while retaining the oil in the wok for stir-frying.
- 5. Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes until slightly softened and crunchy.
- 6. Stir in the cooked rice and mix well with the vegetables, ensuring an even coating of oil and spices.
- 7. Drizzle the Ching's Secret Chilli Sauce over the rice and vegetables and stir thoroughly to combine.
- 8. Return the golden tofu to the wok and gently fold it into the rice mixture.
- 9. Continue stir-frying for another 3 minutes to heat everything through and meld the flavors.
- 10. Serve hot with a garnish of fresh turmeric slices for added flavor and presentation.
