  • 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Khetika Stone Ground Turmeric Powder, Single Origin, With Natural Oils, High Curcumin,Reusable Pouch

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the rice for 10 minutes, then cook it in 200 ml of water until fluffy and set aside.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and lightly pan-fry in 5 ml vegetable oil until golden on all sides.
  3. 3. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onion, and minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomato, turmeric, ginger powder, coriander powder, and green chili, cooking until the mixture forms a thick paste.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well to combine, letting the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the fried tofu to the curry and cook for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
