Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Ghee
- - Chana Sattu
- 50G Green Chilies
- 200 g Table Salt
- Pcs Ajwain 50g
- 500 g Onion
- 500G Loose Besan
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- - Chaat Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and gently pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt with a splash of water to form a thick batter.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and coat tofu cubes evenly with the batter.
- 4. Fry the battered tofu cubes until golden and crispy, then remove and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 5. Toss the fried tofu with lemon juice, chaat masala, and finely chopped green chili in a mixing bowl.
- 6. Arrange the tofu on a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped onion, tomato, and fresh coriander leaves.
- 7. Serve immediately while warm for the best crunch and flavor.
