  • - Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry using a clean cloth or paper towel.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring to create a smooth, thick batter.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a shallow pan on medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  5. 5. Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated on all sides.
  6. 6. Place the battered tofu into the hot oil, frying until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
