- 500G Loose Besan
- - Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder

- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry using a clean cloth or paper towel.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring to create a smooth, thick batter.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a shallow pan on medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 5. Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated on all sides.
- 6. Place the battered tofu into the hot oil, frying until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- 7. Remove the tofu bites using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 8. Garnish the tofu bites with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 9. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
