- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- - Garlic Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, Suhaana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms with a medium-thick consistency.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
- 5. Dip tofu cubes into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, then carefully place them into the hot oil.
