  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • - Garlic Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, Suhaana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms with a medium-thick consistency.
