Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- - Rice Vinegar
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Red Chilli
- 1 kg Rice
- 900 g - 1 kg Onion
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Drain and cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- 3. Add tofu cubes to the pan and cook until golden and slightly crisp on all sides.
- 4. Toss in chopped onions, carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
- 5. Mix turmeric powder, chili powder, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- 6. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir well to coat tofu and vegetables evenly.
- 7. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp and the sauce thickens slightly.
- 8. Serve the stir-fry over a bed of warm cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
