- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 200 g Spinach (Palak)
- 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until soft, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to crackle and release their aroma.
- 4. Add turmeric powder and sauté the tofu cubes until they turn golden brown on all sides.
- 5. Wash and chop the spinach, then add it to the pan along with finely chopped green chilies.
- 6. Stir in the coconut milk and season with salt, letting the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
