  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Sweet Magic Dahi
  • - Popeas Organic Chickpea Protein Puffs - Tangy Taco
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Garlic Powder
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add the sweet potato cubes, stirring occasionally until they turn golden brown.
  4. 4. Sprinkle garlic powder, ginger powder, and red chili powder over the cooked sweet potatoes.
  5. 5. Grate fresh turmeric and mix well with the sweet potatoes to coat evenly.
