Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Urad Dal
- 250 g Spinach
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 piece Coconut
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice flour and urad dal in water for 4 hours, then grind to a smooth batter.
- 2. Blanch the spinach in hot water for 2 minutes, then chop it finely.
- 3. Crumble the paneer and mix with the chopped spinach, green chilies, and salt.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add the paneer-spinach mixture to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring well.
- 6. Heat a dosa pan and spread a ladleful of batter thinly to form a dosa.
- 7. Cook the dosa on one side until crisp, then add the paneer-spinach filling in the center.
- 8. Fold the dosa over the filling and press gently to seal it.
- 9. For the chutney, grind fresh coconut, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt with a little water.
- 10. Serve the dosas hot with the coconut chutney for a balanced breakfast.
