- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100G Oleo
Instructions
- 1. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes until smooth and lump-free.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
- 3. Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to the mixture; combine well.
- 4. Carefully peel the boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- 5. Divide the potato mixture into equal portions and cover each egg half completely with the mixture.
- 6. In a separate bowl, whisk gram flour with a pinch of salt and water to make a smooth batter.
- 7. Dip the potato-coated egg halves into the gram flour batter, ensuring an even coating.
- 8. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 9. Gently place the coated egg cutlets into the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- 10. Remove the cutlets from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
