  • Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100G Oleo

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes until smooth and lump-free.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. 3. Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to the mixture; combine well.
  4. 4. Carefully peel the boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Divide the potato mixture into equal portions and cover each egg half completely with the mixture.
  6. 6. In a separate bowl, whisk gram flour with a pinch of salt and water to make a smooth batter.
