- - Red Onion Powder 50gm
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100G Sur Black Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- - Rock Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the boiled chickpeas thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with rice flour, red chili powder, and a pinch of rock salt until evenly coated.
- 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the coated chickpeas until golden and crisp, stirring frequently.
- 4. Finely chop the red onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilies, and coriander leaves while the chickpeas cool.
