  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • - Red Onion Powder 50gm
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100G Sur Black Salt
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • - Rock Salt

  1. 1. Rinse the boiled chickpeas thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with rice flour, red chili powder, and a pinch of rock salt until evenly coated.
