- 500 g Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 50 g Honey
- - Garlic Paste
- 200 g Table Salt

- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- - Black Pepper Powder-25 Gm
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 250 g French Beans
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Brown Sugar
- 50 g Sesame Seeds White
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes until they soften, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic, ensuring they are well minced.
- 3. Cut the carrot into thin matchsticks, shred the cabbage, and trim the green beans into small pieces.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 5. Add the soy chunks to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally for even browning.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water to create the teriyaki sauce.
- 7. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with the soy chunks and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 8. In a separate pan, stir-fry the vegetables with a drizzle of oil for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 9. Combine the cooked soy chunks and stir-fried vegetables in a serving dish.
- 10. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving to add a nutty flavor and texture.
