Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Curd
  • 100 g Pita Bread 100% Wholewheat
  • 280G Veeba Garlic Mayonnaise (280g)
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200g Tata Sampann Premium Cashews Whole : 200 G
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and onions, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick paste.
  5. 5. Mix in the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, stirring to combine well.
  6. 6. Add the soaked soy chunks and stir-fry for 5 minutes to coat them evenly with the spices.
  7. 7. Toss in sliced capsicum and cashews, cooking for another 5 minutes until the capsicum is tender.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
