Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Curd
- 100 g Pita Bread 100% Wholewheat
- 280G Veeba Garlic Mayonnaise (280g)
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 200g Tata Sampann Premium Cashews Whole : 200 G
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
- 3. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and onions, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
- 4. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick paste.
- 5. Mix in the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, stirring to combine well.
- 6. Add the soaked soy chunks and stir-fry for 5 minutes to coat them evenly with the spices.
- 7. Toss in sliced capsicum and cashews, cooking for another 5 minutes until the capsicum is tender.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
