- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Salt
- - White Pepper
- 370 G Freshos Dijon Mustard
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 50 g Parsley Leaves

- 1. Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess liquid using a kitchen towel.
- 2. Rehydrate the soy chunks by soaking them in hot water for 10 minutes and then draining thoroughly.
- 3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley, and set them aside for later use.
- 4. Combine grated potatoes, rice flour, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet and shape the potato mixture into flat rösti pancakes.
- 6. Cook the rösti over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- 7. In a separate pan, sauté garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant, then add rehydrated soy chunks and cook for 5 minutes.
- 8. Stir in coconut milk and Dijon mustard, letting it simmer for 3-4 minutes to create a creamy sauce.
- 9. Adjust seasoning in the sauce with salt and pepper, and add chopped parsley for freshness.
