  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 100 g Salt

  • 370 G Freshos Dijon Mustard
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 50 g Parsley Leaves

  1. 1. Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess liquid using a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Rehydrate the soy chunks by soaking them in hot water for 10 minutes and then draining thoroughly.

  4. 4. Combine grated potatoes, rice flour, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
