Ingredients

  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes until they soften.
  2. 2. Drain and squeeze the soy chunks to remove excess water.
  3. 3. Chop carrots, green beans, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
  5. 5. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and onion, sautéing until fragrant and lightly browned.
  6. 6. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking for 1 minute.
  7. 7. Add the soy chunks to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. 8. Toss in the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes until tender but crisp.
  9. 9. Season with salt and a splash of water to prevent sticking, mixing well.
  10. 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
