Ingredients
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes until they soften.
- 2. Drain and squeeze the soy chunks to remove excess water.
- 3. Chop carrots, green beans, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.
- 4. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- 5. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and onion, sautéing until fragrant and lightly browned.
- 6. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking for 1 minute.
- 7. Add the soy chunks to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 8. Toss in the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes until tender but crisp.
- 9. Season with salt and a splash of water to prevent sticking, mixing well.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
