Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 ml Oleev Extra Light Olive Oil
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 400 g Switz Puff Pastry Dough Sheets
- 1 pack (850 g) Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry 6 oz of frozen shrimp (thawed), 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce in 1 teaspoon olive oil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- 3. Remove 8 oz of puff pastry dough from the package, keeping it in rolled sections without unrolling. Cut each roll into 12 slices.
- 4. Place the slices, cut side down, 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press half of each dough slice to flatten.
- 5. Place about 1 teaspoon of the shrimp mixture on the flattened half of each slice. Fold the remaining half of the dough over the shrimp, leaving it unsealed.
- 6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the prepared bites.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown.
- 8. Serve warm with ketchup on the side for dipping.
