Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Coat the tofu cubes evenly in cornstarch, then roll them in sesame seeds.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 4. Boil the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Peel and julienne the carrots, mooli radish, and cucumber into thin strips.
- 6. Mince the garlic and sauté it in a large pan with a drizzle of olive oil until fragrant.
