- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 50 g X 3 Eastern Asafoetida Powder Combo
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 200 g Tata Sampann Meethi Imli Khajur Chutney Dip
- - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix
- 200 g Hommade Rajasthan Ki Spicy Garlic Chutney
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, grated carrot, onion, coriander leaves, and minced green chili.
- 2. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
- 3. Gradually pour in water while kneading to form a soft dough. Ensure the dough is pliable but not sticky.
- 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten with your palms to form circular patties about 1 cm thick.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle a little oil over medium heat. Place one thalipeeth on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls, adding oil to the pan as needed.
- 7. While the thalipeeth are cooking, prepare the chutney trio by arranging the tamarind date chutney, mint chutney, and spicy garlic chutney in small bowls.
