Ingredients
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 250 g Spinach
- 1Kg Potato
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
Instructions
- 1. Soak rajma overnight, then boil until tender and mash them well.
- 2. Combine mashed rajma, boiled potatoes, gram flour, and spices in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small cutlets and shallow-fry them in oil until golden brown.
- 4. Wash and sauté spinach lightly in a pan with a pinch of salt until wilted.
- 5. Blend mint, coriander leaves, green chili, and yogurt to make a tangy chutney.
- 6. Warm the tortillas on a flat griddle for a few seconds on each side.
- 7. Spread the mint-yogurt chutney evenly over each tortilla.
- 8. Place a few spinach leaves and 2-3 rajma cutlets on each tortilla.
- 9. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps and secure them with toothpicks if needed.
- 10. Serve the wraps warm with extra chutney on the side for dipping.
