Ingredients

  • Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 1Kg Potato
  • Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak rajma overnight, then boil until tender and mash them well.
  2. 2. Combine mashed rajma, boiled potatoes, gram flour, and spices in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small cutlets and shallow-fry them in oil until golden brown.
  4. 4. Wash and sauté spinach lightly in a pan with a pinch of salt until wilted.
  5. 5. Blend mint, coriander leaves, green chili, and yogurt to make a tangy chutney.
  6. 6. Warm the tortillas on a flat griddle for a few seconds on each side.
  7. 7. Spread the mint-yogurt chutney evenly over each tortilla.
  8. 8. Place a few spinach leaves and 2-3 rajma cutlets on each tortilla.
  9. 9. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps and secure them with toothpicks if needed.
  10. 10. Serve the wraps warm with extra chutney on the side for dipping.
