- 200 g Itc Master Chef Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Frozen)
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- - Rock Salt
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and rock salt.
- 3. Add the cleaned prawns to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice and rice flour mixture.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 5. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
- 6. Toss in the curry leaves and let them sizzle for 30 seconds, releasing their aroma.
- 7. Add the coated prawns to the pan in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- 8. Sprinkle lemon juice over the prawns and toss lightly to enhance the flavors.
