  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and devein the prawns thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown and caramelized.
  4. 4. Mix in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are softened.

  12. 12. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the puffs in batches until golden and crispy.
  13. 13. Remove the puffs from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
