Ingredients
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- loose Ginger
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Clean and devein the prawns thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and onion and set them aside.
- 3. Mix rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 4. Coat the prawns evenly with the flour-spice mixture and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- 5. Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 6. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and onion to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 7. Place the coated prawns into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 9. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, flavorful bites.
