Ingredients

  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and devein the prawns thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and onion and set them aside.
  3. 3. Mix rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. 4. Coat the prawns evenly with the flour-spice mixture and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. 6. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and onion to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. 7. Place the coated prawns into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
