Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- - Besan
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into large cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, besan, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.
- 3. Coat the paneer cubes evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat a grill pan or tawa and brush it with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 5. Arrange the marinated paneer cubes on skewers or directly on the pan, cooking for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden.
- 6. Meanwhile, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth chutney.
- 7. Transfer the cooked paneer tikka to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
- 8. Serve the paneer tikka warm alongside the mint chutney for dipping.
