- 200 g Paneer
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into 2-inch cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Coat the paneer cubes evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent burning during grilling.
- 5. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto the skewers, ensuring even spacing.
- 6. Heat a grill pan or tawa, brush it with vegetable oil, and place the skewers on it.
- 7. Grill the paneer skewers on medium heat, turning occasionally for even cooking, until golden and slightly charred.
- 8. Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt with a little water to make a smooth paste.
- 9. Mix the mint paste with hung curd to prepare the mint yogurt dip.
