Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Cut paneer into 2-inch cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili, coriander, and cumin powders thoroughly.
- 3. Add lemon juice and salt to the marinade and stir well until smooth.
- 4. Coat the paneer cubes evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 5. Slice bell peppers and onions into large chunks suitable for skewering.
- 6. Thread marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers alternately.
- 7. Heat a grill pan or tawa on medium flame and lightly grease with oil.
- 8. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until paneer is golden and vegetables are slightly charred.
- 9. For chutney, blend mint, coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and water until smooth.
- 10. Adjust seasoning in chutney and transfer to a serving bowl.
- 11. Serve the paneer tikka skewers hot with mint chutney on the side.
