Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- - Besan
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. Prepare a marinade by mixing yogurt, besan, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil in a separate bowl.
- 3. Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
- 4. While paneer marinates, chop bell peppers and onions into similar-sized chunks for skewering.
- 5. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onion pieces alternately onto skewers.
- 6. Preheat a grill pan or tawa on medium heat and drizzle lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- 7. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and charred spots appear.
- 8. Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure even cooking and enhance the smoky flavor.
- 9. Remove the cooked skewers and serve hot with mint chutney or a tangy dipping sauce.
