Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut paneer into cubes and set aside for marination.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Add the paneer cubes into the marinade and gently coat each piece. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Rinse basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- 5. Heat 10 ml of vegetable oil in a pan, then grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides.
- 6. Boil water in a pot, add soaked rice, and cook until tender. Drain excess water and fluff with a fork.
- 7. Heat the remaining oil in a pan, sauté cooked rice with a pinch of turmeric for added color and flavor.
- 8. Place the rice in serving bowls and top with grilled paneer tikka cubes.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for a burst of freshness.
