Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut paneer into cubes and set aside for marination.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the paneer cubes into the marinade and gently coat each piece. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Rinse basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat 10 ml of vegetable oil in a pan, then grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides.
  6. 6. Boil water in a pot, add soaked rice, and cook until tender. Drain excess water and fluff with a fork.
  7. 7. Heat the remaining oil in a pan, sauté cooked rice with a pinch of turmeric for added color and flavor.
  8. 8. Place the rice in serving bowls and top with grilled paneer tikka cubes.
  9. 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for a burst of freshness.
