Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- 250 g Mutton
- - Pav
- 50G Green Chilies
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 g Paneer
- - Besan
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. Chop bell peppers and onions into similar-sized pieces as the paneer cubes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, besan, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and 1 tbsp oil to create a smooth marinade.
- 4. Add paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade, coating everything evenly. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium heat and lightly grease it with the remaining oil.
- 6. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, alternating each ingredient for balance.
- 7. Place the skewers on the grill pan or oven rack and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally for even charring.
- 8. Ensure the paneer gets a golden crust and the vegetables are tender but not overcooked.
- 9. Remove the skewers from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
- 10. Serve the golden paneer tikka bites with mint chutney or a tangy tamarind sauce.
