  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. 2. Chop bell peppers and onions into similar-sized pieces as the paneer cubes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, besan, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and 1 tbsp oil to create a smooth marinade.
  4. 4. Add paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade, coating everything evenly. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium heat and lightly grease it with the remaining oil.
  6. 6. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, alternating each ingredient for balance.
  7. 7. Place the skewers on the grill pan or oven rack and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally for even charring.

  9. 9. Remove the skewers from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
  10. 10. Serve the golden paneer tikka bites with mint chutney or a tangy tamarind sauce.
