  • 200 g Paneer
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Rice Flour
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until soft, then mash them into a smooth consistency.
  2. 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and mix with chopped coriander, green chilies, cumin powder, and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes with rice flour, turmeric powder, and salt to form a soft dough.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each piece into a small disc with your hands.
  5. 5. Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of each disc and carefully roll it to seal the filling inside.
