- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until soft, then mash them into a smooth consistency.
- 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and mix with chopped coriander, green chilies, cumin powder, and lemon juice.
- 3. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes with rice flour, turmeric powder, and salt to form a soft dough.
- 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each piece into a small disc with your hands.
- 5. Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of each disc and carefully roll it to seal the filling inside.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and shallow fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- 7. Flip the rolls occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
- 8. Once cooked, transfer the rolls onto a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
